Shipping Times

All prints are made to order and typically produced within 3–7 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your order in real time.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 3–7 business days after shipping
  • International: 5–10 business days after shipping

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and your local postal service.

Packaging

To ensure your print arrives in excellent condition, all orders are shipped in a sturdy, protective cardboard tube. Each print is carefully rolled and wrapped in a folded sheet for extra protection during transit.

We recommend unrolling the print gently and laying it flat under light weight before framing.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide using a network of trusted local production partners to help reduce delivery times, shipping costs, and environmental impact.

Customs and duties:
Some international orders may be subject to local customs fees, taxes, or import duties upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Return & Order Policy

Returns & Cancellations

All prints at ARTT Captured are made to order. This means they are produced individually for each customer after purchase, and as such, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Please review your order carefully before placing it, as we are unable to modify or cancel it once submitted.

Damaged Prints

While rare, prints may occasionally be damaged during shipping. If your order arrives with visible damage, we’ll do our best to make it right.

To request a Damage Review, please email info@arttcaptured.com within 24 hours of delivery and include:

  • Clear photos of the damaged print and packaging (.jpeg or .png format)
  • Confirmation that the print has not been framed, hung, or altered
  • Submission within 24 hours of the delivery date shown by the courier

Damage reviews may take up to 30 business days, and outcomes (e.g., replacement or discount) will depend on the nature of the issue and available inventory.
