Are all art works captured on analog film?
Yes, all prints are scans from the original analog image. We only sell analog photography prints as we adore the process and the vibrant colours film provide.
What type of paper & printer do you use for your art prints?
Our art prints are made with heavy FSC-certified 200gsm smooth matte paper using 12-color archival giclée — rich tones, deep contrast, true to the original film.
Are your prints glossy or matte finish?
All of our artworks are printed on a heavy 200gsm matte archival 100% cotton rag paper.
Do your prints discolour due to sun exposure?
No, all art prints are using museum quality paper to protect the image for a lifetime to come.
Can I order sizes that are not listed on the website?
Unfortunately, no. Since we tailor each art print to match the original proportions, we only offer them in the sizes listed on our website.
Do you sell frames for the prints?
Unfortunately, not yet—but we’re working on it.
In the meantime, we’re happy to recommend frames that pair beautifully with our print sizes and style, so your art looks as good on your wall as it does in our gallery.

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide.
Your print will be produced as close to you as possible through our regional print hubs in the US, the Netherlands (EU), and the UK. This means most orders are shipped locally within your region—so there are no customs fees or import taxes in most cases.
If you’re ordering from outside these regions, your order may ship from the nearest hub, and local customs charges may apply depending on your country’s rules.
What is the delivery time?
Economy shipping: estimated delivery in 3-7 business days
Express shipping: estimated delivery in 4-5 business days

What is the cost of delivery?
Shipping costs vary based on your destination. You'll always see the exact delivery cost at checkout before completing your payment.

How is my order packaged?
When purchasing a poster, it will be shipped in a sturdy, protective tube. The posters securely placed in a folded sheet for extra protection.
My order is lost, what should I do?
If your order has not been delivered, please let us know by emailing info@arttcaptured.com and we will track it down.
Returns & Cancellations
What is your return policy?
Each piece is custom printed just for you so we are unable to accept returns.
Can I exchange my piece for a different size?
All sales are final, we are unable to accept a return or exchange as all pieces are custom made to order just for you.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We custom print each piece just for you so are unable to make adjustments once the order is placed.
How can I claim a damaged or incorrect product?
If your order arrives damaged, please email us atinfo@arttcaptured.comwithin a few days of receiving it. Include photos of the issue, and we’ll review your claim and resolve it as quickly as possible.
